Purchase your products and get change directly into your innBucks app account.

Where do I find the account number of my Inn Bucks Account?

The account number is located on my account view, go to InnBucks App Settings->My Account then you can find your Account Number.

Can I top up my Inn Bucks via smartphone or tablet?

You can only top up, when you decide to get your change digitally into your inn Bucks Account.

How can pay using my Change?

Open Inn Bucks App, and click on Pay, you can then scan to pay or enter the purchase code to pay.

Can a friend pay for me using his/her change?

Yes they can, just send them the purchase code, then they can click on Pay, and they enter code to pay.

How can I block my InnBucks Account?

You can block your registered account by calling our support team requesting them to do so.

How can I reactivate my blocked InnBucks Account?

A previously blocked Account can be reactivated by calling our support team requesting them to reactivate your account.

How long can my inactive account last?

Your inactive account can go for 60 days without any charges being levied against it, thereafter account maintenance charges will be levied at 1% per month for 2 months before the account is permanently closed.

Can I register multiple Inn Bucks Account?

It is not possible to register multiple Inn Bucks accounts.

How can I change my password?

Click on Settings->My Account->Change Pin.

I have forgotten my Pin. What should I do?

Please call our support Team for a Pin reset.
